CHMHP is adjacent to Cooper River Park and Greenwald Park, which offer miles of walking/biking trails along the Cooper River.
We are an all-ages community that includes young couples to retirees. Houses for sale range from older homes to new units, both singlewide and doublewide. Cherry Hill Township has a rent control ordinance with a vacancy decontrol provision. When a home is sold, the new tenant pays the current rental fee. Any future increases in that tenant’s monthly rental fee then are subject to the Cherry Hill Township Rent Control Ordinance.
